    Māmaki is a native Hawaiian plant in the nettle family. 

    Māmaki has been popular for centuries here in Hawaii and it is a delicious caffeine-free herbal tisane.  Our māmaki tea is grown using organic and sustainable farming practices at our Maui Tea Farm on the slopes of the dormant Haleakalā Volcano in upcountry Maui, Hawaii.

    Ingredients: 100% Maui Tea Farm grown Māmaki

    Māmaki’s scientific name is Pipturus albidus 

    Caffeine Free

    For maximum aloha: Scoop one heaping teaspoon (1.5g) of Māmaki into a tea strainer or sachet.  Pour 8-fl oz of near-boiling water into a teacup to steep at 212° F (100° C).  Allow Māmaki to infuse for 4 to 6 minutes (or longer for a stronger and syrupy infusion, we love brewing it at least for 20 minutes!).   Enjoy hot or chilled as iced tea. Makes 300 eight fl. oz. cups per pound.
